Offering comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people, this modern villa is centrally located on the island close to the traditional village of Magazia. It is surrounded by gardens with olive trees, fruit trees and flowers and benefits from extensive sea views across the west coast.

Within walking distance are several bars and excellent tavernas, a supermarket, bakery and pharmacy. The three main coastal villages of Gaios, Loggos and Lakka can all be reached by car in less than 10 minutes or by local bus. There is also a convenient local taxi service.

Surrounded by extensive sea-facing terraces to either sit and soak up the sun, enjoy a meal from the barbecue under a shady tree or a drink on starlit evening, Villa Rosemary makes the most of every opportunity for outdoor living. The infinity pool is 8m x 5m and offers a great alternative to a day at the beach.

The bright and airy interior of the villa comprises a large open plan living, dining and well equipped kitchen area with three sets of patio doors leading out onto the upper terrace. There are comfortable 3 seat and 2 seat sofas, coffee tables, a dining table with 4 dining chairs and other occasional seating. Contemporary artwork is displayed on the walls.

There are two steps down from the living room to the two spacious air-conditioned bedrooms and the bathroom facilities. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite shower room and sliding patio doors onto the terrace with sea views. The second bedroom has two single beds and views over the garden. There is also a further shower room allowing each bedroom to have use of its own bathroom facilities.

The upper terrace is comfortably furnished with a sofa, chairs and coffee table. Immediately outside the kitchen doors is a covered dining area with table and chairs making the perfect spot for breakfast or a shady lunch.

On the lower terrace is a barbecue and another dining table and chairs. The area immediately adjacent to the pool has comfortable sun loungers, side tables and sun umbrellas. Pool towels are provided.
