Owned and managed by Fanny, the beach house consists of a 2-storey building, in a 6000 sqm picturesque and exclusive setting of cypress trees and natural vegetation. Total privacy and calm. Direct access to the beach below by foot through shaded footpath & down some steps.

The upper floor consists of the living room and dining area, the kitchen, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as the veranda and the back yard.

The lower floor has an independent entrance and consists of a bedroom and a bathroom.
