Nestled in a hill, the villa sits in its own land surrounded by beautiful terraced gardens of olive trees, trailing rosemary and flowering bougainvilleas. Large infinity salt water swimming pool, yoga deck, ping pong table, paddle boards and more !
Facing east in an almost central coastal position on Paxos, Villa Alexa reputedly offers the best views on the island, from Corfu to the north to the mainland opposite, and south over the edge of Gaios. Stunning sunrise views over the Ionian sea can be seen from all the rooms and the terraces (apart from the small single room at the back)
The largest beach on the island, Kipiadi, is less than a 10 minute walk from the villa, and Loggos is approximately a 20 minute walk.
This villa is designed for comfort and luxury for families or large parties, and it consists of 5 double bedrooms and 1 small single bedroom (with bunks). All bedrooms have en suite shower rooms, natural linen curtains, with separate blackout curtains, highest quality Zip and Link mattresses, ceiling fans (except single room), AC, safes, Wi-Fi, shampoos, conditioners, hairdryers, UK plugs etc
One of the double bedrooms has single mattresses in the mezzanine (for children) - bringing the accommodation total up to 13 at a squish.
Baby kit includes 2 travel cots, 2 clip-on high chairs, a buggy a few DVD’s and toys. The master bedroom TV has a DVD slot if someone wants to watch an old film in peace.
Large, airy reception room with smart TV (with Netflix), 3 sofas and 2 armchairs, extendable dining table and chairs, professional electric piano, desk etc. Very well-equipped kitchen with gas range hob and electric fan oven, magimix, juicer, Nutri Bullet and slow cooker. American style fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

Large, terraced mature garden with loads of space which is lit up at night. Side gate onto footpath which leads down to Kipiadi beach (10 minutes), Levrechio beach through the olive groves (20 mins) and a further short walk to reach the village of Loggos.

Fabulous salt water T shaped infinity pool with ample shallow end for children and underwater seating area.
Large sails overhead to provide some shade and underwater lighting at night. All gates with access to the pool area have child proof combination locks.
Sun loungers, pool loo and outside shower. Monogrammed swimming towels and masses of hamman towels for the beach.
NEW fabulous yoga deck with amazing views, Lower terrace area with stone Ping Pong table, and Boules pitch.
Free standing BBQ by the villa – might not be useable in July and August due to fire restrictions.
